Ignite my Boiler are absolutely brilliant - I've used them a few times and every time they are professional, reliable and super friendly. They always quickly identify the problem, explain everything clearly and complete the work to a really high standard.

Straightforward booking process, they made sure I was happy with everything before proceeding. Price quoted was price paid. Amric was punctual, friendly, got on with the job, answered all my questions throughout and at the end. Cleared everything away when finished. It all felt very stress free so overall very happy with the team and the service from beginning to end.

The engineer was Amrik. He arrived on time and did a great job on servicing my boiler and water tank. He was very informative and friendly. I have had issues with the radiator in my bathroom that has never heated properly even after I used another company in the past to do this work and it now works perfectly. Ignite my Boiler has taken over the servicing of my Vaillant ecoTEK boiler. I also want to upgrade the heating controls from an old mechanical thermostat and control unit to a smart heating and hot water control system. Pritesh recommended the Hive Smart Active Heating consisting of a wireless smart thermostat, receiver and hub to enable remote use. He was very knowledgeable, precise and confident with his recommendation. The engineer Amrik arrived on time and was polite, courteous and tidy. He efficiently serviced and fitted the smart heating controls. He was also very familiar with using smart heating systems and gave good insights into how best to make use of them. One short call with Hive support service, who I would also recommend, to confirm end to end connectivity. I highly recommend Ignite and My Boiler.

I’ve used Pritesh for all my heating concerns for a long, long time and now use the full Ignite team. As well as being fantastically competent and trustworthy, they never let you down and if you have an emergency they will sort it out for you. Wherever, whenever. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

My ancient heat-only boiler was declared unsafe during a routine check just two weeks ago, so I decided what I needed was a new combi installed (effectively a whole new system, also removing the hot water tank, and also the gravity-fed system in the loft). Pritesh and his team almost seemed too good to be true: they could do it in just 2 days, and quicker than anyone else who quoted, and at a reasonable price. So I paid the deposit, and then... cue a weekend re-reading all their reviews, worrying they must be fakes and that I'd secretly been scammed - haha. But I had zero reason to worry - a few days later they turned up and did a *brilliant* job installing the fab new boiler (and it was actually a bit less than 2 full days, plus we had hot water after 1 day). Just little things made the difference too, like explaining what they were doing, tidying tools away so my small child and cats couldn't injure themselves; showing me how to work the boiler, re-wiring my Hive into a more sensible location, sorting the warranty for me, generally being considerate and thoughtful - that made all the difference. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
