The Ignite My Boiler Service Plan will upgrade your boiler service to include the following;

  • Initial Boiler & System Inspection

  • Annual boiler service required by the manufacturer to keep your extended guarantee valid.

  • Homeowner / Landlord Gas safety check on all other gas appliances (excludes gas fire)

  • Extended help and support includes: over the phone and online support
  • Up to one hour of unlimited call-outs per year
  • Cloud-Based Customer Account: : all your boiler documents and photos backed up

  • VIP Service: boiler servicing Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
  • Inspect and Test Heating & Hot water Systems – Radiators / Under Floor Heating & Controls; to ensure the system is working properly

The total cost of the Ignite My Boiler service plan is only £192 Inc VAT per year!

Prevention is always better than cure. The Ignite My Boiler Service Plan will ensure your new boiler runs smoothly and keeps your warranty valid.

All too often, we are called out to boilers which have not been properly maintained, leaving homeowners with significant repair costs or even having to replace the boiler, which could have been avoided had yearly maintenance been performed.

Frequently asked questions

All calls to us are charged at a local rate by your network provider. Your phone call will provide you with free advice and support, and we will do everything we can to meet your needs.
There is no limit to the amount of times you wish to call us, we are always happy to help.
We can service your boiler on the weekend however additional charges will be applicable. We do advise that if you can’t be present during a working day, that you ask a relative or friend to enable us to gain access. You could also ensure that we gain access by providing us with a set of keys, however drop off and collection would remain your responsibility.
No, our call outs are for up to one hour, it could take any amount of time within that hour to reach a diagnosis for your boiler.
£108 is the usual cost for our call out service, by being on our Boiler Service Plan we have included a 1hour visit if required saving you £108.
Inhibitor Chemical is a form of System Protector which deoxidises the water preventing rust from forming within the System. The Inhibitor Chemical protects your Boiler and System, keeping it working at its Maximum Efficiency, preventing breakdowns and prolonging the life of your Boiler. Note: Typically 1litre of Inhibitor Chemical is required per 100 litres of water.

Terms and conditions of the Ignite My Boiler Service Plan

Annual boiler service

The annual boiler service includes the standard safety and performance check as required by the manufacturer to keep your warranty valid. Should any of the required tests show that a boiler strip down or parts are required, the cost for this is not covered under the service contract.

Gas safety check on other appliances

When relighting all other gas appliances after completing the boiler service, we will also check them to ensure they are not posing a danger to you or your property. Please note this is only a basic check and if any issues which pose possible danger or risk to life and property are found, we will be required by law to stop the supply of gas to that appliance.

Annual smoke and carbon monoxide alarm test

The annual boiler service includes the standard safety and performance check as required by the manufacturer to keep your warranty valid. Should any of the required tests show that a boiler strip down or parts are required, the cost for this is not covered under the service contract.

Extended help and support

You have unlimited telephone/video advice and support to contact us about any boiler and heating system issues you may experience. Within the Boiler Service Plan you will also have one call out visit, for up to 1hr if needed. Please call and discuss your boiler issues before requesting your call out visit as you may need the 1hr call out in an emergency. The 1hr call out will only be available between the hours of 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday and from first contact we have 72 hours to attend the property.

System water check

If the system water fails a quality check, we will flush the system with your approval and add a new bottle of system inhibitor inclusive on the service plan. Only one bottle of inhibitor is provided with the service pack every two years if required. Please note, if the inhibitor is deemed not necessary on your system, there is no partial refund of the service plan price.
