Boiler serviced ordered online. Pritesh was very professional and checked not only the boiler but also heating, cooker in the flat. He also recommended us to install a carbon monoxide alarm for the rental flat. Not only did he finished his job ordered, but also suggested a few more things we can do to improve the performance of the heating. Very professional and would recommend to others.

Ignite my Boiler has taken over the servicing of my Vaillant ecoTEK boiler. I also want to upgrade the heating controls from an old mechanical thermostat and control unit to a smart heating and hot water control system.
Pritesh recommended the Hive Smart Active Heating consisting of a wireless smart thermostat, receiver and hub to enable remote use. He was very knowledgeable, precise and confident with his recommendation.

He was also very familiar with using smart heating systems and gave good insights into how best to make use of them. My ancient heat-only boiler was declared unsafe during a routine check just two weeks ago, so I decided what I needed was a new combi installed (effectively a whole new system, also removing the hot water tank, and also the gravity-fed system in the loft). Pritesh and his team almost seemed too good to be true: they could do it in just 2 days, and quicker than anyone else who quoted, and at a reasonable price. So I paid the deposit, and then... cue a weekend re-reading all their reviews, worrying they must be fakes and that I'd secretly been scammed - haha. But I had zero reason to worry - a few days later they turned up and did a *brilliant* job installing the fab new boiler (and it was actually a bit less than 2 full days, plus we had hot water after 1 day). Just little things made the difference too, like explaining what they were doing, tidying tools away so my small child and cats couldn't injure themselves; showing me how to work the boiler, re-wiring my Hive into a more sensible location, sorting the warranty for me, generally being considerate and thoughtful - that made all the difference. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Very efficient, professional and good value. Engineer installed a new Valiant Boiler & Smart Thermostat. Arrived on time and was very clean and tidy throughout the install. Engineer took the time to explain basic functions on the boiler & control, which was really helpful and also help set up my warranty. I was recommended by my neighbour, who commented on the companies quick response times and ‘after sales service.’ So hard to find good trades these days. Thank you very much
